West Central Railway has decided to run special trains to reduce the rush of passengers during the Kumbh Mela 2025 to be held in Prayagraj. Railway administration has started 34 trips special train services between CSMT, Pune-Mau and Nagpur-Danapur from January 13 to February 26. These trains will pass through many stations of West Central Railway.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus – Mau Kumbh Mela Special
Train 01033 Kumbh Mela Special – will depart from CSMT at 11:30 pm on 09, 17, 22, 25 January, 05, 22 and 26 February and will reach Mau at 10 pm the next day.
Train 01034 Kumbh Mela Special – will depart from Mau at 11:50 pm on 10, 18, 23, 26 January, 06, 23 and 27 February and will reach CSMT at 2:30 pm the next day.
Pune – Mau Kumbh Mela Special
Train 01455 Kumbh Mela Special – will depart from Pune at 10:10 hrs on 08, 16, 24 January, 06, 08 and 21 February and will reach Mau at 10 pm the next day.
Train 01456 Kumbh Mela Special – will depart from Mau at 11:50 pm on 09, 17, 25 January, 07, 09 and 22 February and reach Pune at 4:45 pm the next day.
Nagpur – Danapur Kumbh Mela Special
Train 01217 Kumbh Mela Special – will depart from Nagpur at 10:10 am on 26 January, 05, 09 and 23 February and reach Danapur at 11:00 am the next day.
Train 01218 Kumbh Mela Special – will depart from Danapur at 4 pm on 27 January, 06, 10 and 24 February and reach Nagpur at 5:30 pm the next day.
