On Monday, Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu visited Baba Mahakal at the world famous Mahakaleshwar Temple and took blessings. Naidu took the blessings of Lord Mahakal by worshiping the Lord through the silver door.
He said, “Today I got the opportunity to have darshan of Baba Mahakal for the first time. Feeling very good. For a long time I had a desire to come here and take Baba’s blessings and today it became possible. The way this entire complex has been developed is commendable. The Chief Minister, MP and others have created a very good atmosphere here. Whatever programs are going on here, all of them are managed conveniently.” During this, hospitality officer Abhishek Sharma, on behalf of Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Committee, honored Union Minister Naidu by offering Prasad and scarf of Baba Mahakal. Along with the Union Minister, MP Shankar Lalwani, MP Anil Firoziya and other public representatives were also present.
Will explore the possibility of building an airport in Ujjain
Naidu further said that a large number of people from Andhra Pradesh also come every day to have darshan of Mahakal. There is a possibility of further expansion in the ongoing development work here. He told that during the meeting with the Chief Minister, he expressed the need for airport facility here. We will explore this possibility together with the state government. The Central Government will provide all possible help for this as soon as possible. We want people not only from across the country but from all over the world to come here and get better connectivity and facilities. Whatever support is possible from our side will be provided.
