After the scuffle in Parliament, BJP has lodged a complaint against Leader of Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi at Sansad Marg police station in Delhi. BJP has also alleged attempt to murder. Along with this, a case has been registered under sections 109, 115 and 117 of the Indian Judicial Code. In fact, on Thursday morning, Congress was protesting in Parliament against Amit Shah’s remarks on Ambedkar. BJP MPs were also protesting, when Congress and BJP MPs came face to face and Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput got injured. BJP has accused Rahul Gandhi of pushing him.
After filing the complaint in Parliament, BJP MP Anurag Thakur said that we have filed a complaint against Rahul Gandhi in Delhi Police. This complaint has been lodged regarding physical attack and provocation by him. It has been explained in detail that the incident that happened today, where NDA MPs were peacefully exposing the false propaganda of Congress, at the same time Rahul Gandhi marched in that direction with the MPs of his alliance. When people of security forces say that this is the way to go to Parliament, the kind of attitude Rahul Gandhi had, he showed anger. This family has got into the habit of considering itself above the law.
Anurag Thakur said, “He marched among the NDA MPs with his party and instigated them. He knew that MPs could get hurt, that’s what he did. Mukesh Rajput got head injury and Pratap Sarangi also got his front head torn. We have filed a complaint against Rahul Gandhi under sections 109, 115, 117, 125, 131 and 351. Section 109: Attempt to murder. This clearly shows that Rahul Gandhi did not follow the path taken in a deliberate manner and instigated fellow MPs, due to which two MPs have suffered serious injuries.”
Meanwhile, BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj, who had gone to lodge the complaint, said, “…the attitude is not only indecent but also criminal and that is why we all have come here (at the police station) today and lodged a complaint, where it is clearly stated that That the security forces repeatedly requested Rahul Gandhi that an alternative route has been made for you through which you can enter the Parliament in a very peaceful manner, but Rahul rejected the request…Police registered a case Have done.”
