A three-tier contract has been signed for the Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal Link Project, which will make Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan prosperous and farmers happy. This program took place in Jaipur, Rajasthan in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
On one hand, the main program was going on in Jaipur, on the other hand, farmers were honored in the districts benefiting from the scheme in Madhya Pradesh. In Dewas district, the district level farmers’ conference was held at Mandi Ground in Tonkhurd from 10.30 am.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav performed the bhoomi pujan of the Rs 3612.90 crore Parvati, Kalisindh, Chambal river linking project of the Water Resources Department on Tuesday. Live telecast was done at district headquarters across the state including Ujjain.
Farmers of 171 villages of Ujjain will benefit from the implementation of the scheme. To share this information along with other information, a district level farmers conference was held at Chimanganj Agricultural Produce Market premises of Indore at 10 am.
