Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar unveiled the statue of Jiwaji Rao Scindia on the occasion of the 60th foundation day of Jiwaji University. During this, he looked emotional and was also a little funny. He called Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav not a Chief Minister but a charming Chief Minister. He said that I will never forget this day. During this, he invited the students of Jiwaji University to visit the Parliament. During this, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav and Union Telecom Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia were also present.
Jiwaji University students invited to visit Parliament
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar said in his speech, the third generation of the Scindia family is in the politics of the country and has been continuously in the Parliament. When I was in politics, I had no idea how far Rajmata Scindia’s blessings would take me. Every institution has to take forward the path shown by Maharaja Jiwajirao Scindia in showing interest in education and contribute in making education accessible. He invited the students of Jiwaji University to visit Parliament in Delhi and said, ‘There should be no delay in accepting the invitation.’
Regarding the unveiling of the statues of Geo Science Museum and Jiwaji University, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said, “This is a big work in itself. In the field of geology, the things shown about the Earth are described as geological phenomena. Jiwaji Rao Scindia has also played the role of Chancellor in different universities of the country. Today I have unveiled his statue, it is a matter of great joy. The statue of Maharaj Shrimant Jiwajirao Scindia installed in the Shri Jiwaji University campus will act as a path for the youth.
Jyotiraditya Scindia became emotional
Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia became emotional on the occasion. He said, “It is an emotional moment for me. My late father had relations with the Vice President. A new era is beginning under your leadership and during the era of PM Modi. My grandfather, the head of Central India, had started Jiwaji University on 250 acres. Rajmata had performed Bhoomi Pujan. It is not only a center of attention and knowledge, but has also become an institution of education at the international level. The seed which was sown 60 years ago has transformed into a banyan tree. Under the guidance of CM, it has been included in the top ten universities of the country.
