The District and Sessions Court has given its verdict in the much talked about Aryan murder case of the district. The District Court has sentenced the main accused of murder to life imprisonment and the other five accused have been sentenced to 7 years each. Judge Manoj Kumar has sentenced the school director, the main accused in the murder of an 11-year-old innocent child, to life imprisonment. Five accused, who were involved in a conspiracy with the main accused of murder and hid evidence, were sentenced to 7 years in jail each.

In fact, on November 8, 2022, innocent 11-year-old Aryan was killed. The school director had invited the child to his school by luring him with toffee. After kidnapping, a plan was made to demand ransom. The school director had a debt of Rs 15 to 20 lakh, to repay the same the innocent child was kidnapped. When the plan did not succeed, the school director strangulated the innocent child to death. After the murder, the body was sealed inside a sack and thrown in an empty plot. The then Superintendent of Police Shailendra Singh Chauhan arrested all the accused within 24 hours. The administration had run a bulldozer on the school of the main accused. The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 2 lakh 60 on the main accused of murder and Rs 1 lakh each on the other five accused.
