Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait said- Five member committee formed to decide the direction of farmer movement

New Delhi
Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait reached Khanauri border of Punjab on Friday. There he met farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal who was on fast unto death. Bharatiya Kisan Union national spokesperson Rakesh Tikait said, “We have formed a committee of five members. “This committee will communicate with farmer groups and prepare further strategies.”

He said that in the last three years, the Government of India has formed many organizations which support the agenda of the government. Many people have opposed this. Now a strategy will be made for what to do next. If the demands of the farmers are not met, then the strategy of encircling Delhi with the KMP Expressway will have to be adopted. For this, more than four lakh tractors will be required. 11 points outside Delhi will be cordoned off. The health of Jagjit Singh Dallewal, who is on fast unto death at Khanauri border, is deteriorating, we are worried about him.

Attacking Rakesh Tikait, he said that today’s kings are not merciful to their people. I believe that farmers can take any further steps only by uniting together. We have come to fight the government and take our rights. In such a situation, we will have to keep our preparations complete. When Delhi was surrounded by farmers, there were 25 lakh people and four lakh tractors. Even today the behavior of the government is the same as it was before. Our fight will continue further.

Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda said on Jagjit Singh Dallewal’s fast unto death that his condition has worsened. The government should immediately intervene and resolve this matter. The situation that exists is serious and the government should talk to the farmers and find a solution soon.
