Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Rs 5 lakh will be given to each Gram Panchayat in which there is no dispute, in which there is no fight. These gram panchayats will also be benefited from Vrindavan Gram Yojana. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was discussing with the Sarpanches of Gram Panchayats of Ujjain South Assembly through VC from the NIC room of Ujjain on Thursday.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said in the VC that the Chief Minister Jan Kalyan Abhiyan will run till 26 January 2025. In this, rural people will be made aware of various public welfare schemes of the government and the beneficiaries will be benefited.
The Chief Minister said that we have to make all the Panchayats functional.
Ujjain Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh told in VC that as per the wish of the Chief Minister, camps are being organized continuously in 589 gram panchayats of the district. There is video conferencing facility in all the panchayats of South Legislative Assembly.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav discussed with Sarpanch of Lakoda Gram Panchayat, Talod Gram Panchayat. It was told that the road from Talod till Fatehabad has been constructed.
The Chief Minister said in the VC that Sarpanch should continuously visit Gram Panchayats. Discuss with the beneficiaries and after listening to their problems, solve them within the time limit. It was informed in the VC that the work of installing CCTV cameras in Gram Panchayats has also started.
The Chief Minister discussed with the Sarpanch and Patwari of village Tankariapanth. A guest room has also been built for Jain monks in Gram Panchayat Umaria Khalsa. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that guest rooms should be built in all gram panchayats. The web series which is currently being made should also be shot in the Gram Panchayats of Ujjain.
During the discussion with the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Karohan, the Chief Minister said that Panchkoshi amount should be provided to all the Gram Panchayats coming on the Panchkoshi Yatra route. The Chief Minister said in the VC that all the Patwaris should remember that how much is the barren land, acreage land and population land in the Gram Panchayats of their Patwari community? He directed that the records of the government land located in the Gram Panchayat should be taken out and projects should be made on what development work can be done there keeping the future in mind. A list of unemployed men and women should be made in all gram panchayats. Information about how many people are educated, how many are illiterate, what is the condition of the police stations there, should be kept up-to-date.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also asked to keep the information related to advanced farmers, education of men and women, employment related, information of merit children, hospitals, schools, area of land and crops updated. The Chief Minister instructed in the VC that mass marriages should be organized in Gram Panchayats. A mass marriage should be organized on a grand scale on the upcoming Vasant Panchami. People should be made aware that they should not waste unnecessary money on marriages and funerals, rather use them for the education of their children. Discussion was held by the Chief Minister with the Sarpanches of Gram Panchayat Panthapipalai, Khemasa. He said that local citizens should not face any kind of problem in rural areas.
Information was given in the VC that electric wires are breaking in Aslana Gram Panchayat, on this the Chief Minister gave instructions to get them repaired immediately.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav visited the exhibition of the Public Relations Department based on the achievements of 1 year in the Administrative Complex Building and praised the exhibition.
