MP. The last session of the Technical Knowledge Sharing Workshop 2024, which is being organized for the last 6 months with the aim of simplifying the day-to-day technical work of the field engineers of the state, was completed today at the headquarters of Transco (M.P. Power Transmission Company), Jabalpur. In this, about 30 young field engineers from across the state benefited from the technical knowledge given by the subject experts.
Workshops useful for skill development
Addressing the initial session of this two-day workshop, M.P. Managing Director of Transco said that while such workshops have proved to be very useful for the skill development of field engineers, these workshops have also brought about a qualitative change in MP Transco. He expressed hope that M.P. Young field engineers of Transco will now work proactively in a better manner and with full confidence amidst adverse conditions, limited resources and shortage of manpower.
6 training sessions took place in 6 months
Workshop coordinator Superintending Engineer Mr. Sunil Yadav said that in the last 6 months, 45 field engineers of the state were benefited. Earlier, knowledge sharing sessions were also conducted through 65 online classes. He said that the young engineers trained in this workshop are going to their respective areas and training the lower level technical employees, which is a good sign for the company.
