Energy Minister Shri Pradyuman Singh Tomar said that the energy sector of Madhya Pradesh has again created a new history. On December 6, electricity companies created a new record by supplying maximum electricity in a single day in Madhya Pradesh. Energy Minister Shri Tomar has appreciated all the personnel of the State Energy Department and congratulated them on this achievement.
Energy Minister Shri Tomar said that on December 6, 3360 lakh units of electricity was supplied in the state without any interruption, which is a record in the state for the highest supply in any one day. It is noteworthy that on Friday itself, the state had achieved a historic achievement and succeeded in meeting the electricity demand of 18077 MW.
Energy Minister Shri Tomar said that on December 6, 1259 lakh units of electricity was supplied in the western region, 929 lakh units in the eastern region, 1070 lakh units in the central region and 102 lakh units in other regions.
