Now the government has found some measures to control the poor AQI. Bandbaja and marriage processions have been banned in Pakistan for three months.

The government is worried about increasing air pollution in Pakistan. New methods are being adopted to deal with this. Wedding ceremonies have been banned across Pakistan for three months. The State Transport Department of Pakistan has issued new guidelines, which everyone has been instructed to follow.
Lahore is the most polluted city in the world
Lahore comes at number one among the most polluted cities of the world. Here pollution has destroyed its previous records. By the end of October, the number of patients suffering from chest infection, eye irritation and heart related diseases is continuously increasing in the hospitals here.
Health problems increased due to air pollution in Punjab
- In Punjab, 463,845 respiratory cases related to pollution were reported in seven days.
- The number of asthma patients has increased by 30,414 due to pollution.
- Pollution has increased 2,166 cases of heart diseases.
- 1,330 cases of stroke: Stroke cases also increased.
- 3,094 cases of conjunctivitis related to eye problems were reported.
- A total of 119,533 asthma cases were reported in 30 days due to pollution.
- Cardiovascular diseases due to pollution increased to 13,773.
