Canadian Police arrests notorious gangster Arshdeep Singh Gill, also known as Arsh Dalla

Canada
Canadian Police has arrested notorious gangster Arshdeep Singh Gill, also known as Arsh Dalla. Arash Dalla has been declared a terrorist by India’s National Investigation Agency (NIA), and is considered a close associate of slain pro-Khalistan leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Arsh Dalla’s arrest is likely to further strain the already strained relations between India and Canada. Dalla will be produced tomorrow in a local court in Canada, where the charges against him will be heard.

Arash Dalla has been charged in connection with the October 28 shooting in Ontario. He has been accused of “intentional firing” in this incident. On October 29, Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) reported that they had arrested two individuals in connection with the shooting, who were transported to a hospital following a shooting incident. One of the men was treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and later released from a hospital in Guelph.

Arash Dalla faces many serious allegations in India also. He has been involved in several criminal activities in Punjab, including murder, extortion, and other violent incidents. The NIA had declared him a wanted criminal for his involvement in terrorist activities and promoting pro-Khalistan network. The Indian government has asked Canada to hand over Arash Dalla and other pro-Khalistan criminals so that they can face legal action in India. The arrest of Arash Dalla also makes it clear that Indian criminals and pro-Khalistan organizations settled in Canada have started coming under the ambit of the law.
