An important Arab-Islamic conference was held in Saudi Arabia on Monday amid the ongoing conflict in the Gulf. The leaders of more than 50 Muslim countries who attended it raised the issue of uniting all Islamic countries against Israel. A 33-point plan was also presented. During this, the issue of Al-Aqsa Mosque was also raised.

The main agenda of the program was to unite all Islamic countries against Israel. Many countries including Saudi Arabia demanded strict action against Israel.
Iran’s President did not attend the conference
However, Iranian President Masoud Pejeshkian did not attend this meeting. He has cited his busyness as the reason for this. In this conference, for the first time all Islamic countries have raised their voice against Israel’s actions in Lebanon, Gaza and Palestine. All countries have also appealed to immediately stop Israel’s attacks.
Saudi Arabia’s Prince Mohammed bin Salman bluntly said that Saudi Arabia condemns the genocide of Palestinians. Israel should immediately stop its actions. He also said that Palestine is an independent country and it should get the status of an independent country.
All Muslim countries should unite – Turkish President Erdogan
At the conference, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan raised the issue of ‘genocide’ taking place in Gaza. He said that Muslim countries are not being united and criticizing it the way it should. The current condition of Gaza is the result of this. He alleged that western countries are fully supporting Israel.
Support for Palestine has been expressed by presenting a 33-point draft in the conference. Violations of the sovereignty of Lebanon, Iran, Iraq and Syria were also condemned. The issue of Al-Aqsa Mosque of Jerusalem was also discussed in the conference.
Muslim leaders alleged that Israel was repeatedly violating the sanctity of the Al Aqsa Mosque. Apart from this, an appeal has been made to the international community to end the Israel-Gaza conflict. Emphasis was also laid by the United Nations on solving the problems of Palestine.
