Anti-drone system was tested at Kanadiya police station of Indore police. Private defense technology company has created it. This system can differentiate between birds, drones and other flying objects. As soon as any suspicious object comes within its range, it alerts.
Indore Police will catch flying drones and other suspicious objects from a distance of one km. Registering an important achievement in the direction of security and technological innovation on Sunday, Indore Police in collaboration with a private defense technology company successfully trialled the anti-drone system at Kanada Police Station.
Abhishek Mishra of Piserv Technology, which developed the system, also joined the team in this trial conducted under the direction of DCP Zone 2 Abhinay Vishwakarma and ADCP Amarendra Singh. It is being told that this anti-drone system is capable of accurately identifying the difference between drones, birds and other flying objects.
Will alert you by sounding an alarm
As soon as any suspicious object or enemy drone enters the range of one km, this system immediately alerts the security forces by sounding an alarm. Timely alarm makes it easier for security forces to take immediate action and deactivate the drone.
For the first time in the country, testing of anti-drone system in collaboration with police
This is probably the first time in the country that the anti-drone system has been tested in collaboration with the police. Company’s Durgesh Shukla, Roshni Shukla, Akshat Singh Chauhan conducted the trial. ACP Khajrana Kundan Mandloi and Kanadia police station in-charge Yogendra Singh Sisodia cooperated in this.
cameras installed at important places
Hi-tech night vision cameras have been installed at important points of access in the city, which are taking clear pictures both during the day and night. 120 night vision cameras have been installed at these places. The cameras have started working since a week.
Live feed of these cameras is being watched from the police control room. Cameras have been installed in areas like Ralamandal, Rau Gol Square, Kanadiya, Best Price, Bypass, Saver Road, Tejaji Nagar, Pithampur Road, Navadapanth, Gommatgiri, TCS Square and Budhania.
