Speeding bus crushes bike riders on Shamshabad-Berasia road, both killed


27 year old Sanjeev Vishwakarma and 31 year old Rizwan Khan were residents of Patharia. Both are drivers. Till a few days ago, Sanjeev used to drive a police vehicle in Patharia police station. There was a deep friendship between the two brothers, that is why both are going to Bhopal. Then the accident happened and the passersby informed the police.

In Berasia, a speeding bus crushed two youth riding a bike, due to which both of them died on the spot. The youth riding the bike were going from Patharia towards Bhopal when the bus coming from the front on Shamshabad-Bairasia road hit the bike and passed by trampling both the youth.

On the information of passers-by, Berasia police reached the spot and established the route. ASI Naveen Kumar told that 27 year old Sanjeev Vishwakarma and 31 year old Rizwan Khan lived in Patharia. Both used to do driving work. Sanjeev was a police vehicle driver at Patharia police station till a few days ago.

Presently he was working on Rizwan’s farm. On Saturday, Sanjeev was going to Bhopal with his friend Rizwan to meet elder brother Vinod. Both of them had left their house on bike at around 2.30 pm. A massive collision took place near Meghra Kala Jod. In the accident, both of them suffered serious injuries on their heads, while minor injuries were found on their bodies. According to the people around the spot, the passenger bus had hit. Police are searching for the unknown bus driver.

Rizwan was the father of five daughters, Sanjeev’s marriage was to be fixed.

Rizwan’s brother Gufran told that he was the youngest among four brothers. He got married in 2017 and was the father of five girls. Sanjeev’s brother Vinod told that the young man’s marriage was to be fixed this month.
