They are even killing people to sell goods

These days, the number of illegal vendors in the railway stations and trains of the division has reached close to thousands. There are more people with criminal tendencies among them, who are even killing people to sell their goods. Some time ago, illegal vendors had also attacked RPF personnel and TTE.

This is happening due to lack of strict action against illegal vendors.

This is happening because the action taken by RPF against illegal vendors is not strict. Here RPF says that even if they arrest illegal vendors in the morning, they are let off by paying a small fine to the court and start working as illegal vendors again in the evening.
