A woman committed suicide by hanging herself in Alipura police station area of Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. Before hanging herself, the woman wrote a suicide note on her leg, in which she accused her husband and in-laws of torture.
Rakhi Pal, 21, wife of Jaihind Pal, resident of village Ganj in Alipura police station area of Chhatarpur district, hanged herself after being fed up of dowry harassment and daily beatings. The deceased has written a suicide note with a pen on her feet in which she has accused her husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law of torturing her.
Rakhi hanged herself in her room at five o’clock on Saturday morning. The in-laws informed the police station about this. The police station reached the spot, removed the noose, prepared the Panchnama and sent the body to Naugaon for post-mortem.
Parents accused of murder of daughter
During this time, people from the maternal side kept creating ruckus. Accused his in-laws of killing his daughter and hanging her. During this period there was a fight between both the parties. After the advice of the police station, both the parties calmed down.
According to the suicide note written on her feet, the woman was upset due to repeated suspicions by her husband. Husband used to check mobile. After this, her mobile was also taken away due to which she could not even talk to her family members.
