Dissatisfaction is increasing over the new state executive of Congress, in which former leader of opposition Ajay Singh has raised questions on senior leaders. He said that the executive has been formed on the basis of the reasons that led to the plight of the party. Laxman Singh has also raised questions on the lack of electoral success. Jitu Patwari has talked about accommodating the angry leaders in other committees.
Questions have started being raised about the state executive of Congress formed 10 months after Jitu Patwari became the state president. After Laxman Singh, younger brother of former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh, now former leader of opposition Ajay Singh has also commented. Without naming anyone, he has targeted the senior leaders and said that if the executive is formed on the advice of the same leaders who have caused the plight of the Congress and the situation it is in today, then God is the master of the Congress.
Ajay Singh Rahul raised questions
Since the formation of the State Executive, there has been continuous dissatisfaction. Ajay Singh has been kept in the executive committee. The Vindhya region has received less representation compared to other regions. Regarding this he said that it has been 20 years and decisions are being taken because of the same people, this is unfortunate. It took so much time to form the executive, yet the decision was not taken after careful consideration. The MLA will look after his assembly constituency or look after the work of the organization.
Laxman Singh’s taunt
On the other hand, Laxman Singh had also taunted the new team of State Congress and said that if all of them win their assembly, then the government will be formed, but will it happen? So far this amazing experiment has not been successful. Similar resentment has come to the fore from the leaders of Gwalior-Chambal as well as Indore and Bhopal.
On the other hand, efforts are being made by the State Congress to remedy this. State Congress President Jitu Patwari has said that those who are left will be accommodated in the Secretary, Discipline and Political Affairs Committee.
