Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has issued notices to 412 builders who have defaulted in following the provisions of the Act. Quarterly reports, annual audit reports have not been submitted on time by the builders concerned. Notice has also been given to some projects which have not been completed even after the stipulated time.
Instructions have been issued to update the information online within 15 days and to submit application for extension of time giving reasons in case the project is incomplete. In case the instructions are not followed within 15 days, action will be taken by RERA by registering a case against the concerned builders/promoters.
