The Israeli military made a shocking accusation on Hezbollah on Monday. According to this, Hezbollah has hidden several million dollars and gold under a hospital in Beirut. The Israeli army further said that it would not attack this place, however. At present its target is on the financial targets of Hezbollah. Fadi Alameh, director of Al-Saleh Hospital and Lebanese legislator from the Shia Amal Movement Party, has responded to Israel’s allegations. Fadi Alameh has called these Israeli allegations false and baseless.
Alameh said that the Lebanese army came to the hospital and found that there were only operating rooms and patients. According to him, this hospital is being evacuated. Reuters did not confirm the statements of Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, the Israeli military’s chief spokesman. Daniel Hagari says that the Israeli intelligence department has worked hard for many years to collect this information. Reuters was not able to contact Hezbollah on this matter.
In a televised statement, Daniel Hagari claimed that former Hezbollah leader Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah had built a bunker. He said that several million dollars in cash is currently kept inside the bunker. Hagari said that I ask the Lebanese government, its authorities and international organizations not to allow Hezbollah to use this money to spread terror and attack Israel. Hagari further said that the Israeli Air Force is monitoring this complex. However, we will not attack the hospital ourselves.
Meanwhile, the Israeli Chief of General Staff has given information about the attacks in Lebanon. He said that on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday, the planes attacked 30 targets in al-Qard and al-Hassan. According to Israel, these are all financial bases of Hezbollah. At the same time, Hagari said that such attacks will continue in the future also.
