Indian billionaire Pankaj Oswal alleged that his daughter Vasundhara Oswal has been illegally detained by Ugandan police since October 1. Pankaj Oswal claims the charges against his daughter stem from a former employee taking a $200,000 loan from the family. He also acted as guarantor for the loan. The family claimed that the employee refused to repay it and instead made false allegations against Vasundhara.
