Till now the marksheet was sent to the schools of the districts by the State Education Centre. Due to this, students were getting the marksheet with a delay of one or two years. There will be no delay now. The School Education Department has made complete preparations for digital printing of the marksheets of class 5th and 8th board exams.
Till now, the marksheet of MP Board 10th and 12th examination was digitally printed and there was also hallmark on it. Now digital printing marksheets will be provided to 25 lakh students of fifth and eighth annual examination. Additionally, to avoid duplicate marksheets, a hallmark will also be placed on the marksheet. With this, students will be provided the marksheet with security parameters only four to five days after the release of the exam results.
The School Education Department has made complete preparations for digital printing of the marksheets of class 5th and 8th board exams from session 2024-25. Till now the marksheet was sent by the State Education Center to the schools of the districts. Due to this, students were getting the marksheet with a delay of one or two years.
This is the reason that the School Education Department will start digital printing of marksheets from this session, so that students can get the marksheets soon. Let us tell you that till now the State Education Center has not been able to prepare the mark list of last year’s 25 lakh students.
Dr. Sanjay Goyal, Secretary, Madhya Pradesh School Education Department said that from this time Hallmark marks list of class 5th and 8th board exams will be provided along with digital printing and security parameters. With this, students will get the marksheet quickly and the possibility of duplicate marksheet will also be eliminated.
Marksheet proforma was sent to schools in the districts.
Till now, the State Education Center used to prepare the marksheet proforma and send it to the schools in the districts. Due to which, after filling the marks on the proforma, the marksheet was given to the students after the signature of the school principal. Due to this, the issue of duplicate marksheet has also arisen in many districts. It has come to light. Also, the marksheet was available with a delay of one or two years.
Hallmark will remain on the marks list
There will be hallmark at two places on the marks list of class 5th and 8th. One where the name of the class will be written and the other where the entire boundary will be made. This will completely eliminate the possibility of duplicate marksheets.
