The wrongdoing with the innocent child was done by none other than the tuition teacher’s son. Police said that the mother of the accused runs a coaching class. The girl used to go there to study every day. It is stated in the FIR registered that on October 15, the girl had gone to study coaching. During this time the female teacher had gone out of the house for some time. Then his son did something wrong with the innocent child. This incident happened in Bagsevania police station area.
Counseling was done for the girl
In this case, counseling and medical examination of the minor was done by the Child Welfare Committee (CWC). A case was registered against the accused on Wednesday. Bagsevania police station in-charge Amit Soni said that on Wednesday a woman had come to the police station with her minor daughter. She has filed a complaint against the tuition teacher’s son for molestation. The girl was not able to tell about the incident. After discussion with the woman, we came to the conclusion that the minor should be medically examined and counseled by the Child Welfare Committee (CWC).

According to the information, based on the statement of the minor before the CWC and his medical examination, a case was registered against the accused under Section 74 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) and relevant sections of the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses) Act and His search was started. The police officer said that on Thursday the police arrested the accused and further investigation in the case is going on.
