Lawrence Bishnoi gang has taken responsibility for the murder of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui. According to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), this gang currently has 700 shooters. Bishnoi gang is also following the footsteps of Dawood Ibrahim. NIA has filed chargesheet against at least 16 gangsters under UAPA. It also includes Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar. It has been claimed in this charge sheet that Lawrence Bishnoi gang is moving on the path of Dawood Ibrahim’s D Company.
It was told in the NIA charge sheet that Lawrence Bishnoi and his terror syndicate have grown in a heroic manner. It is progressing in the same way as Dawood Ibrahim’s gang was expanding rapidly in the 90s. Dawood Ibrahim started expanding his network through drug smuggling. After this the collection work started. Later it was named D Company. This gang also joined the terrorists of Pakistan. Similarly, Bishnoi gang also started small crimes but now it is a big gang.
700 shooters in Bishnoi gang
It was told in the NIA charge sheet that Lawrence Bishnoi gang is run by Satvinder Singh alias Goldie Brar who is wanted in the list of Canadian Police and Indian agencies. Apart from this, there are 700 shooters in Bishnoi gang, out of which 300 are from Punjab. Pictures of Goldie Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi are shared on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. An attempt is made to involve the youth in the gang by posting the picture of Bishnoi being taken to court on social media.
During 2021-21, this gang collected crores of rupees through extortion and sent it abroad through Hawala channels. It was told in the charge sheet that Bishnoi gang has also made alliance with other criminal gangs of Haryana, Delhi and Rajasthan. Now the terror of Lawrence Bishnoi gang is in entire North India which includes Punjab, Maharashtra, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan and Jharkhand.
Gang lures youth by showing them the dream of sending them abroad
It is alleged that Bishnoi gang lures youth to send them abroad. In the greed of getting citizenship of a country like Canada, the gang starts using them for themselves. According to NIA, Khalistani terrorist Harvinder Singh Rinda uses shooters of Bishnoi gang in Pakistan for criminal activities.
