Big change in gold and silver rates, prices skyrocketing before Diwali


A big change is being seen in the rates of gold and silver today. There is a big jump in the rates of gold and silver today even before Diwali. Today the price of 24 carat gold has increased by Rs 762 per 10 grams to reach Rs 75600. Whereas, in the bullion markets the price of silver has jumped by Rs 1564 per kg to reach Rs 89917.

Let us tell you that these rates of gold and silver have been issued by IBJA. There are no GST and jewelery making charges on this. It is quite possible that there may be a difference of Rs 1000 to Rs 2000 in the price of gold and silver in your city.

Rates of 14 to 23 carat gold

Today the rate of 23 carat gold has become costlier by Rs 759 and has reached ₹ 75297 per 10 grams. Whereas, 22 carat gold has increased by Rs 698 to reach Rs 69250 per 10 grams. On the other hand, the rate of 18 carat gold has fallen by Rs 571 per 10 grams today and it opened at the rate of ₹ 56700 per 10 grams. At the same time, the price of 14 carat gold fell by Rs 445 today and opened at Rs 43780 per 10 grams.

These rates are the benchmark rates for sovereign and bond issuance as per various notifications issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Reserve Bank of India.
