‘Unrighteousness is destroyed’; Shivraj Singh Chauhan spoke on the results of Haryana

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader and Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has given the credit for the party’s victory in the Haryana Assembly elections to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that the public has expressed confidence in Modi’s leadership. Shivraj said that religion has won in Haryana and unrighteousness has been defeated.

Responding to the Haryana election results, the former CM of Madhya Pradesh said that this result has shown respect for the Prime Minister. The public has expressed confidence in the concrete work that has been done under Modi’s leadership.

Quoting a verse from Srimad Bhagavad Gita, he said, ‘Religion has won on the holy land of Kurukshetra, unrighteousness has been destroyed. Yada-Yada Hi Dharmasya, Glanirbhavati Bharata, Abhyutthanam Dharmasya Tadatmanam Srijamyaham, Paritranaya Sadhunam, Vinashay Cha Dushkritam… The people of Haryana have expressed their respect for and the leadership of Modi ji. At the same time, the public has expressed confidence in the concrete work he does. He said that the people of the country trust BJP.

Apart from this, Chauhan said that the excellent performance of Bharatiya Janata Party in Haryana elections shows that Congress’s plan to divide the society has failed. Chouhan said this mandate reflects the welfare schemes undertaken by the Center for farmers and various other sections under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“Sometimes Rahul takes his team to the fields and takes photographs and asks (the photographers) about the best angle to get in the frame,” he told reporters in Bhopal. Sometimes he eats jalebi but people know who is doing the real work for him.

Chauhan said that ‘the effect of the work done for the welfare of every section of the society under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi was clearly visible in Haryana. No matter how much Congress tries to divide the society, their plan will never succeed. The entire country and Haryana stands behind Prime Minister Modi.

Let us tell you that in the results declared on Tuesday after the elections for the 90-member Haryana Assembly, BJP has achieved absolute majority by winning 48 seats.
