After the landslide victory of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Haryana Assembly elections 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the party workers at the party headquarters in Delhi. National President JP Nadda, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh were also present on this occasion. While addressing the party workers, PM Modi said that the people of Haryana have done wonders. In his speech, PM Modi said that truth and development have won on the land of Geeta.
BJP has registered its best performance in the history of Haryana by winning 48 out of 90 assembly seats. This election result is the party’s third consecutive victory since coming to power for the first time in 2014. The party was successful in winning 47 seats in this assembly elections. Happy with this victory, PM Modi said, “We all have heard that ‘Where milk and curd is eaten, that is our Haryana.’ The people of Haryana have again done wonders and have done wonders.” Referring to the worship of Mother Katyayani on the sixth day of Navratri, he said that on this holy day, lotus has bloomed for the third consecutive time in Haryana.
He described this victory as the result of the tireless work of the workers and said, “This victory of Haryana is the victory of the efforts of Nadda ji and the team of Haryana.” PM Modi expressed his gratitude to the people of every caste and class and said that the people of Haryana have created a new history. Earlier, PM Modi termed this victory on social media as the victory of politics of development and good governance. He assured the people of Haryana that BJP will leave no stone unturned to fulfill their aspirations.
Addressing party workers at the BJP headquarters, Modi said that peaceful elections in Jammu and Kashmir are a victory for the Constitution of India and democracy. Modi said whenever BJP forms government in a state, people support it for a long time and put up “no entry” boards for Congress.
“Congress rarely comes back to power,” he said. It has been 13 years since the Congress came back to power in Assam, and there are some states where the Congress has not returned to power for 60 years.” The Prime Minister said, ”Once people oust the Congress, then They don’t let him come back. They put up ‘no entry’ boards for Congress…It is a party which has always believed that power is its birthright.
PM Modi said that the people of Haryana have done wonders and lotus has bloomed everywhere. He alleged that Congress tried to instigate Dalits, tribals, farmers and youth in every possible way, but people understood its tricks and propaganda and rejected the party.
The Prime Minister said that truth, development and good governance have won on the land of Geeta. Modi said that today the guarantee of development in Haryana has defeated the shadow of lies. He accused Congress of being involved in an international conspiracy to defame the country.
He also alleged that the Congress has become a ‘parasite’ that is dependent on its alliance partners and at times swallows them. Modi said that Haryana was formed in 1966 and till now 13 elections have been held in the state. PM Modi said, “In these 10 elections, the people of Haryana changed the government every five years.” However, the people of Haryana have done some remarkable work. For the first time, a government has got a chance for the third consecutive time.
