A tragic accident took place in Katni district of Madhya Pradesh on Monday morning. Here in Kuthla police station area, havoc of speeding SUV car has been seen. Three people riding a bike were blown away by a speeding car. In this, the grandmother and grandson died on the spot while the injured grandfather died while being taken to the hospital for treatment. On information, the police team along with the ambulance of the health department reached the spot. After the accident, a crowd of people gathered at the spot. The police prepared the Panchnama of the dead bodies of the grandmother and grandson and took them to the district hospital for the PM and registered a case against the accused car driver and seized the vehicle.
The incident is of Monday. 50-year-old Rajkumar Patel was going to attend a religious program with his 45-year-old wife Punia Bai and 3-year-old grandson Dev. Meanwhile, a speeding vehicle hit them, in which the grandmother and grandson died on the spot while the grandfather was seriously injured. He was being taken to the hospital for treatment but he died on the way. The incident is said to have taken place near Kalwara Kala village around 10 am. It is said that while crossing the divider near Kalwara Kala, a speeding SUV going from Katni towards Maihar hit him.
ASI Shyam Narayan Singh of Kuthla police station said that on Monday morning, Ramkumar Patel, resident of Nainiya Karaundiya village of Amdara police station area, was going to Khohri village of Kuthla police station area on a bike with his wife Punia Bai and three-year-old grandson Dev Patel.
