A sensational incident has come to light in Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh. In Morha village under Civil Line police station area of Chhatarpur district, a rape accused entered the house of the minor victim and opened fire. In the incident, the victim’s elderly grandfather died on the spot while her uncle is seriously injured. The minor victim has also been injured and is being treated in the district hospital. According to the information, about two months ago, 30 year old Bhola Ahirwar of the same village had committed the rape of a minor girl living in Mauraha village. On the complaint of the minor, the police registered a case against the accused under Section 376 and started searching for the accused.
The accused was absconding for the last two months and was continuously pressurizing the victim’s family for resignation. When the victim’s family was not ready for the compromise, the accused entered the minor’s house at around 10 am on Monday and shot him. The accused had shot the victim but his 70-year-old grandfather came in between and he died on the spot.
The victim’s uncle and the victim herself were injured in the incident and were taken to the district hospital for treatment. In view of his uncle’s serious condition, he was referred to Gwalior. In this matter, Chhatarpur SP Agam Jain says that the incident is being investigated. A case of rape of a minor is already registered against the accused Bhola Ahirwar and he was pressurizing her to resign due to which this sequence of events took place. A team has been formed to nab the accused. He will be arrested soon.
