In Morena Municipal Corporation, the 10th class mark sheet of BJP Mayor Sharda Solanki has turned out to be fake. The District Court has ordered the police to register a case against him. Sharda Solanki became mayor by contesting the elections on Congress ticket. Later she joined BJP. At that time, Meena Jatav, who was the BJP candidate, had filed a petition in the court against him, terming the 10th mark sheet and caste certificate as fake.
Meena Jatav could not prove Sharda Solanki’s caste certificate wrong in the court. But it was proved that there was an error in the 10th mark sheet. After this, the court has given orders to the police to register a case under sections 420, 67 and 68 in the Civil Line police station.
The school management of the school from where Mayor Sharda Solanki claimed to have passed 10th in 1986 told that no student with that name had taken admission in their school that year. The information received under IRTI revealed that the roll number given in the mark sheet of Sharda Solanki is in the name of some other person. He had not given any examination. In such a situation, it was found that on the roll number of this student, Sharda Solanki was declared as a self-study student and she was declared passed.
Petitioner’s lawyer Kishorilal Gupta has said that the school which prepared the mayor’s mark list has also declared this mark list wrong. Uttar Pradesh Education Board also attributed the mark list of the said roll number to a youth named Narottam, who has failed in all the subjects. Let us tell you that Sharda Solanki had become mayor by contesting the elections on Congress ticket. He defeated BJP candidate Meena Jatav. During the Lok Sabha elections, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav had come to Vijaypur to hold an election rally in favor of the BJP candidate. Then Sharda Solanki took membership of BJP along with Congress MLA Ramniwas Rawat on the stage. During this, BJP state president VD Sharma and BJP’s new joining group in-charge Narottam Mishra were also present.
