The production capacity of the milk union will be increased: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the capacity of Ujjain Cooperative Milk Union will be increased. The government is trying to ensure that milk producing farmers get maximum benefit through the milk union. Every farmer family should get at least Rs. 50,000 as bonus amount. The production capacity of Ujjain Milk Union will be increased to 10 lakh tonnes. Along with this, the role of the milk union will be made effective at the ground level. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the employee dialogue program of Cooperative Milk Union in Ujjain on Sunday.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Madhya Pradesh is setting new records of progress in all areas equally. The government is determined to increase the income of farmers in agriculture-based Madhya Pradesh. The agricultural development rate of the state has to be taken further. Animal husbandry and milk producing farmers have an important role in this. The government is trying to increase milk production further. Milk cooperatives will play a big role in this. Along with increase in milk production, work will also be done for increased consumption. The capacity of milk union will be increased for milk consumption through National Dairy Development Board.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that along with strengthening the milk cooperative union, whatever amount is required for the farmers will be given. The role of the milk cooperative union will be made effective at the ground level. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Ujjain Milk Union is my own family. At present, a target has been set to increase the capacity of Ujjain Milk Union from 2.5 lakh tons to 10 lakh tons. Its profit will also be increased to Rs 100 crore. Along with this, full attention will also be given to the interests of the employees. MLA Shri Anil Jain Kaluhera, public representatives, officials associated with the milk union and senior officers were present in the program.
