PM Modi said that one family is of Congress, the second family is of National Conference and the third family is of PDP. These three families are responsible for the destruction of Jammu and Kashmir for decades. PM Modi said that these three families encouraged corruption here. They encouraged land mafia. He also accused all three parties of encouraging terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir.
PM Modi targeted nepotism and said that these people did not allow new leadership to emerge. He said that Panchayat elections were not held here till 2005. BDC elections were not held. For decades, nepotism did not allow the people here to come forward. PM Modi further said that today many development schemes are going on in Jammu and Kashmir. People do not need to go out. PM said that you will also remember the time when an undeclared curfew was imposed here at the end of the day. The situation was such that even the ministers of the Congress government at the Center were afraid of going to Lal Chowk.

The Prime Minister said that you have to be very careful about the false promises of the Congress. To form the government in Himachal, they made such promises that they ruined the entire state.
