Days passed, years passed. Many seasons came and went. The problems of the kutcha house remained. But one day luck favoured. The kutcha house was now converted into a pucca and beautiful house.
This is a true story from Anuppur district. The PM Jan-Man Ki Awas Yojana was a boon for Mrs. Dilasiya Bai Baiga, who lives in Benibehra Gram Panchayat here.
After being eligible for the scheme, Dilasiya Bai was granted a permanent house. The permanent house was built in four months. Now Dilasiya Bai lives happily in this permanent house with her family.
Dilasiya Bai says that there were many problems in the kutcha house. It was difficult to live in the rain and cold. There was also a fear of the house collapsing in storms. But now we have got rid of all these problems forever. Dilasiya Bai expresses her gratitude to the government for giving her the gift of a pucca house.
