After the order was issued, the new post in-charges reached their workplace and took charge. Today, Superintendent of Police Abhijeet Kumar Ranjan took away the charge of Jhinjhari post from Sub Inspector Mahendra Jaiswal and handed it over to Sub Inspector Priyanka Rajput. Apart from this, the charge of Silaudi post has been changed and handed over to Sub Inspector Dinesh Karosia. The change made in Jhinjhari post has surprised the entire police department. Despite having a better track record, the removal of Mahendra Jaiswal from Jhinjhari post seems very surprising. How this change happened overnight in the police department is beyond understanding.
Sources say that even his close staff was not aware of this change made by Superintendent of Police Abhijeet Kumar Ranjan on Friday. People came to know about it only when the order was issued. Today, the whole day, there was discussion about this order that what punishment did Mahendra get for which he was removed from the post of Jhinjhari outpost in-charge and sent to Kotwali. Let us tell you that Sub Inspector Mahendra Jaiswal played an important role in the team that caught the notorious criminal of the district, Kissu Tiwari. Mahendra Jaiswal was also honored a few days ago on 15 August. Sources even say that Mahendra Jaiswal’s track record was excellent, but despite that the change made is beyond understanding. It is not known for what reasons the change happened. But this change must have created a feeling of insecurity in all other police station and outpost in-charges.
